Orders
All orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment issue, product unavailability, or any circumstance beyond our control, with a full refund issued. Orders cannot be modified after confirmation except by contacting us immediately.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds EGP. WADJET reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of placing your order is the confirmed price.
Products
We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible, however slight color variations may occur depending on your screen settings. All pieces are handcrafted and may have minor variations between items.
Intellectual Property
All WADJET designs, website content, images, texts, and brand identity are fully protected by law. Copying or reproducing any content without explicit written permission from WADJET is strictly prohibited.
Liability
WADJET is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. WADJET is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow care instructions.
Image and Content Rights
All images displayed on the WADJET website are authentic and accurately reflect the actual product. If a customer shares photos of WADJET pieces on social media, we kindly ask that you tag us at @wadjeteg. Using WADJET images, content, or designs for commercial, advertising, or personal purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be addressed in accordance with Egyptian intellectual property law.
Communication Policy

In return, we reserve the right to refuse service in the event of inappropriate or abusive communication. WADJET is a respectful environment worthy of its clients and team.
Product Authenticity
All products listed on the WADJET website are genuine and available for purchase. All photos used are real and honestly represent the actual product. No party may copy, imitate, or resell any WADJET product under our name or any other name. WADJET retains full ownership of all its designs, ideas, and content. No one may take, use, or claim ownership of anything without explicit written permission. Any attempt to imitate WADJET products or steal its designs will be treated with the full seriousness of the law.
