Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Sale items and special offers are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Returns are only accepted in the following cases. A documented manufacturing defect. An item that does not match what was ordered. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will either replace the item immediately or issue a full refund. Please do not return any item before contacting us and receiving written approval.
