Refund policy

First: Request Period

Customers may request an exchange or return within 14 days only from the date the order is received.

Second: Conditions for Accepting the Request

The product must be:

• In its original condition.
• Unused and unwashed.
• Returned with all original tags and packaging.
• Any request made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Third: Shipping Fees

• Exchange shipping fee: 80–100 EGP, depending on the location.
• In the case of a return, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Fourth: Upon Delivery

Opening the package is allowed. If the shipment is refused upon delivery, the shipping fee of EGP 125 must be paid.

Fifth: Sale Policy

• All discounted items are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are allowed only, provided the exchange conditions above are met.
• Exchange shipping fees apply.
